FAQ
1. Why Use ARC?
Working with ARC Contracting will be an educational experience. Upon completion of work, you will have a greater understanding of the materials and quality of installations that we provide. We believe an educated customer will feel the most confident, knowledgeable, and comfortable when they are fully aware of the details of their home’s project.
We are your ally throughout the claims process. Having a representative of ARC Contracting supporting you throughout the claims process assures you that a trained professional is working on your behalf not only for appropriate compensation but as a facilitator of the claims process. We handle nearly everything once the claim is filed, reducing your headache and freeing up your time! This is our thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

3. Credentials
We strive to achieve industry-leading standards and certifications. Beyond being fully licensed, bonded, and insured, we hold the highest levels of certification through the Clean Trust. We are also GAF Certified. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and can found on Angie’s List.
4. Do I need an estimate for insurance restoration projects?
ARC Contracting uses the same estimating software as nearly all of the insurance providers. Having an ARC Contracting Representative present during the insurance adjuster’s inspection assures proper assessment of damages. As long as damage(s) are properly assessed, the insurance estimate will reflect the same itemized list and price as the insurance estimate.
Since we operate on the same pricing software we are easily able to communicate directly with your insurance provider with any necessary assessments or supplements to address unforeseen or previously un-identified damages.
5. Products
Our vendors can supply us with nearly any brand of products. At ARC Contracting and Restoration, we use only high quality, premium products. Some brands we frequently use include GAF/Elk, Owens Corning, Pella, Kolbe and Kolbe, Anderson, Mastic, Norandex, and more.
